Our coaches for the 2025/26 Green Select team are Head Coach Kristin Frizol and Assistant Coach Alexa Scudillo. We are excited to bring in this new coaching duo who have seen so much success together in the past!

Head Coach Kristin Frizol
Kristin Frizol is a 4-year varsity NCAA division 2 athlete who started and played defense at the University of Tampa with the class of 2020. Kristin grew up in Long Island, New York, and played lacrosse for over 15 years. Her love for the game started at the age of 8 and hasn’t stopped since. While Kristin enjoyed her time at UT, she then coached the past 2 seasons at Tampa Catholic leading the team while growing her knowledge of the game. Kristin is so excited to continue her love for the game as well as push and inspire her team to be the best athletes they can be!
