Girls National Select Teams
For girl players who are interested in getting recruited to play at the College Level. National Select Tracks have the highest commitment and accountability levels.

Girls Select Teams
For girl players who are interested in high level competition & coaching. This often develops girls to play at the National Select level, or gives players who are not interested in College Lacrosse a competitive team to prep for the Spring Season.

Girls Regional Teams
For girl players who are ready to take the next step from recreational or High School lacrosse. The Regional Track develops players through hands-on coaching, in-state tournaments, and seasonal or annual memberships.
